Getting started is simple. Book in for a free discovery call - a 15 minute zoom/phone call to discuss your little one's sleep issues and hear more about my 1:1 support programmes. During the call we can also discuss my approach to sleep coaching and talk through any questions you may have. A better night's sleep is one step closer!

I offer two main sleep programmes with varying levels of support. I always recommend parents go for the gold solo parent sleep programme as this includes unlimited WhatsApp support throughout. I also offer a 1:1 coaching meeting for solo parents-to-be who are looking for some more information on how to navigate solo parenthood with a newborn. All available support packages can be seen on the services page.

I am a sleep consultant specialised in supporting solo parents. Being a solo parent myself, I understand all of the complexities and challenges of your situation. You can read more about why I started The Solo Parent Sleep Coach on the about page.

Although I specialise in supporting solo parents, I can work with any parent in any situation- the fundamentals of sleep coaching remain the same. If you have a specific question for me, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We can’t control when we don’t feel well. If you need to stop the programme for any reason, please reach out to me and we can find a solution together.

You can reach me via email or dm and my inbox is always open. The best way to get your journey started and hear a little more from me is to book in for a free discovery call (follow the green button below).

As a sleep consultant, I aim to be collaborative, supportive, empathetic and easy to connect with. If you choose the gold sleep programme, you will have unlimited WhatsApp support from me throughout your programme. We will form a wonderful bond and really get to know one another.

I cannot guarantee no tears at all. Babies and young children cry to communicate and when something is changing in their routine they may become a little upset at times. I can guarantee that I will never ask you to leave your baby crying without appropriate support or ever push you into doing something that you do not feel comfortable with.

Absolutely not. As an extended breastfeeding mother myself, I know how incredibly special the bond is that you share with your child. Stopping breastfeeding should be a choice that you and/or your child make together when the time is right for the both of you. Breastfeeding and sleep are not actually related (although many think they are).
